Urgently required –  Team Supervisor, Production– Leading Japanese Based MNC – Sri city (TADA location) – Near Chennai

Department: Production      

Qualification: B. Tech / MBA 

Location: Sri City. (AP)

Experience – 5 To 7 Years in (Automotive or Consumer / Wiring Harness Manufacturing)

 Key Responsibilities:

•                    Execute the production plan in line with schedule and targets.

•                    Ensure availability of 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) before production.

•                    Maintain and regularly update the 4M board and related records.

•                    Prepare and update the skill matrix for workforce planning.

•                    Allocate manpower process-wise to ensure smooth operations.

•                    Maintain 5S standards and workplace discipline.

•                    Ensure strict adherence to defined production processes.

•                    Achieve daily/weekly production targets as per plan.

•                    Conduct analysis of production losses and implement corrective actions.

•                    Prepare and maintain daily production reports.

•                    Track and report NG (Not Good) and scrap data.

•                    Prepare and maintain required ISO documentation.

Essentials:

•                    Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).

•                    Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a production environment.

•                    Knowledge of production processes, quality control methods, and safety standards.

•                    Proficiency in using production software and Microsoft Office Suite.
