Urgently required –  Team Supervisor, Quality – Leading Japanese Based MNC – Sri city (TADA location) – Near Chennai

Qualification: B. Tech / MBA 

Location: Sri City. (AP)

Experience – 2 To 5 Years in (Automotive or Consumer / Wiring Harness Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

•                    Validation of circuit testing jig with master NG and OK Sample.

•                    Knowledge of preparation PFMEA, Process Audit

•                    Can create the boundary samples on basis of customer specific drawings

•                    Assist for inspection for MSA.

•                    Inspection knowledge through drawing.

•                    Handling knowledge of measuring instruments.

•                    Validation of final inspection board.

•                    Support for internal rejection data analysis (Collection and temporary action.)

•                    Ensure correct FIC prepared

•                    Support for ISO documentation

•                    Assist collection and preparation of evidence of countermeasure

•                    Prepare inspection report for SPC and provide the data for the study.

•                    Review support and updating of Control Plan and Process Quality Control sheet as per plan or requirement and department guidelines & maintaining 5’S in Deptt.

•                    Training to new manpower.

•                    Make new part FIC.

•                    In-process quality supervision as per system.

Essentials:

•                    Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).

•                    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

•                    Strong team management abilities.

•                    Knowledge of Quality processes,7QC Tools, and safety standards.

•                    Proficiency in using Microsoft
