Qualification: B. Tech / Diploma

Location: Sri City. (AP)

Experience – 5 Plus years

 Key Responsibilities:

•                    Analysing new components, materials and technologies to evaluate functionality for all new product development. • Oversee the new parts development activities as per IATF-16949 /ISO

•                    Lead new product development projects from concept to market release.

•                    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PE, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.

•                    Develop innovative products that meet customer requirements and industry standards.

•                    Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis for new products.

•                    Create and maintain detailed documentation including specifications, test plans, and reports.

•                    Perform prototype development, testing, and validation.

•                    Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.

•                    Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, including post-launch. • Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and prototype testing to validate new products.

•                    • Develop and maintain project documentation including BOM, specifications, drawings, testing protocols, and project plans.

•                    • Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing materials and components required for wire harnesses.

•                    • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to product design and manufacturing.

•                     

Qualifications:

•                    Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field.

•                    Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development.

•                    Proven track record of successfully bringing products to Mass production.

•                    Excellent project management and organizational skills.

•                    Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

•                    Must have knowledge of APQP/PPAP/ISO/ IATF-16949
