Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic Cylinders, Sensors, Heaters, Oven

2.Troubleshooting and modification in program as per the requirement in machine

3.Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems

4.Commissioning and Installation of machine

5.Analyse possibilities of continual improvement in machine

6.To adherence the PDCA and maintaining the QMS documents

7.Make equipment 5S and maintenance plan

8.Daily fault analysis and improvement

1.Control wiring

2.5 Why, 7 Why, PDCA

3.Electrical/Mechanical Experience

4.MTTR and MTBF

5.Root Cause Analysis

6.Hydraulic/ Preventive/Predictive Maintenance

7.Aware of Board-Mass

10.Team Management (Handle Manpower minimum 40 People) ​
