*Job Responsibilities:*
1.Manage service desk and daily IT operations including Laptop, Desktop, IoT, endpoints, and applications.
2.Ensure SLA and TAT time of daily calls, performance, and reliability of IT systems and services.
3.Manage shift roster as per business need 24*7 environment
4.Analys the root cause maintains the record of incident management, Why- why Analysis, problem solving, and change management processes; act as escalation point for critical issues.
5.Maintain the Asset inventory including issuance of asset transfer of asset and history of asset & MIS.
6.Plan & update Asset sheet implement and maintain IT infrastructure on premises.
7.Manage users provisioning, backup, NOC,
8.All critical PC related to shop floor maintain the system clone.
9.Manage the work pressure and provide the right direction to the down the line.
10.Adherence of existing control and ready to adopt new control to maintain the zero compliance of IT.
11.Coordinate with, OEMs, and service providers for support,
12.Manage IT asset lifecycle including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
13.Lead and mentor IT operations team; allocate tasks and review shift performance daily and update to IT manager.
14.Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and reports.
15.Support audits (internal/external) FAR and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
16.Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

*Key Knowledge & Skills:*
1.Hands-on experience with Hardware & networking concepts (Laptop parts replacement, Desktop parts replacement, Barcode printer configuration calibration, Barcode scanners settings, LAN/WAN, basic troubleshooting command, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN).
2.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic servers, and storage systems.
3.Knowledge of I (ITIL) and operational best practices.
4.Experience with endpoint management, patching, and security tools.
5.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6.Good communication skills.
