Job Description

*Should have good experience in Site/ Construction Industry*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Responsible for implementing and maintaining Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards at project sites.

2.Develop, implement, and monitor site safety plans as per company policies and project requirements.

3.Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.

4.Ensure compliance with safety procedures during handling, storage, and application of chemical products.

5.Monitor safe usage of construction chemical products including waterproofing materials, coatings, grouts, repair chemicals, and sealants.

6.Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, induction programs, and awareness sessions for workers and contractors.

7.Ensure proper use of PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Gloves, Goggles, Respiratory Protection, etc.) at site.

8.Implement Permit to Work (PTW) systems including hot work, work at height, confined space, and chemical handling permits.

9.Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; prepare reports and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

10.Maintain safety documentation including inspection reports, training records, incident reports, and compliance records.

11.Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements, environmental regulations, and customer safety standards.

12.Monitor chemical storage, MSDS/SDS availability, labeling, and emergency response procedures.

13.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and clients for safety-related activities.

14.Conduct emergency drills including fire safety, chemical spill response, and evacuation procedures.

15.Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce accidents and improve safety performance.
