*Experience : More than 10 Years with site handling, Contractors, and customer coordination preferred.*

Qualification : Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Salary : 10.00 LPA

*Should have good experience in Manufacturing Industry*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Responsible for complete site operations, project execution, and installation activities related to construction chemical products and solutions.

2.Manage day-to-day site activities including manpower deployment, contractor coordination, material planning, and work progress monitoring.

3.Ensure proper application, mixing, and installation as per technical specifications and project requirements.

4.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and customers for smooth execution of site work.

5.Supervise application teams for products like waterproofing systems, repair materials, grouts, sealants, flooring systems, and protective coatings.

6.Ensure work quality, productivity, and timely completion of assigned projects.

7.Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and provide corrective actions to maintain quality standards.

8.Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, and EHS requirements at project sites.

9.Manage site documentation including daily progress reports, material consumption reports, work completion reports, and client approvals.

10.Plan manpower, tools, equipment, and material requirements according to project schedules.

11.Provide technical support and training to applicators and site workers for correct product application methods.

12.Monitor site performance, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

13.Coordinate with sales and technical teams for product demonstrations, trials, and site support.

14.Maintain control over wastage, productivity, and cost-effective execution of projects.

15.Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and project specifications.
