Job Description

JD

1) Handle end to end import operations
2) Coordinate with overseas supplier, Freight forwarders and CHA (Custom house agents)
3) Manage documentation such as, B/Commercial Invoice Certificate of Origin
4) Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import policies
5) Track shipments and update internal stakeholders on ETA, Delay and clearances status
6) Handle duty calculation, HS code classification and cost optimization
7) Resolve issues related to shipment delays, damages or discrepancies

Key Skil

Quality Tools, Analysis
Strong knowledge of import & custom clearance
Familiarity with INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, EXW,etc)
