Sales Engineer – Paint Application MNC for Gurgaon Location

Job Description

1.Develop new business opportunities for robotic painting and paint automation systems.

2.Identify potential customers in automotive OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, plastics, appliances and general industrial sectors.

3.Generate leads through customer visits, exhibitions, references, digital enquiries and market mapping.

4.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, system integrators and paint-shop solution providers.

5.Achieve assigned sales targets for painting robots and related automation solutions.

6.Develop new accounts and expand business with existing customers.

7.Understand customer paint-shop requirements and recommend suitable robotic solutions.

8.Study applications involving automotive body, bumpers, plastic components, motorcycle parts and industrial components.

9.Understand requirements related to robot reach, payload, work envelope, cycle time, number of robots and process layout.

10.Visit customer sites to understand existing paint processes and automation requirements.

11.Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals and presentations.

12.Conduct technical discussions and negotiations with customers.

13.Coordinate with internal teams for costing, specifications, delivery schedules and commercial terms.

14.Follow up on enquiries, RFQs, quotations, technical clarifications and purchase orders.

15.Identify and develop paint automation system integrators and channel partners.

16.Build relationships with paint-equipment suppliers, applicator manufacturers, booth suppliers and automation companies.
