Reporting to : GM-Projects & Solutions Head

Qualification : B. Tech / BE

Experience : 05-08 Years

Travel Requirement: Frequent [PAN India as per site locations of work assigned, projects locations] Partof Central Projects & Solutions Team located at Pune.

Salary : 10.00 LPA

*Experience: –*

1.Experience: 5~7 years of rich projects experience in Industrial Automation, Control System Design, or Project Execution.

2.Experience in Automotive BIW / Press Shop Automation/ General Industry / System Integration projects preferred. AMR’s, Mobility Solution/Segment projects will be an added advantage.

3.Candidate with OWN 2W, 4W is preferred.

*Technical Skills & Knowledge*

• Control System Design, PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), HMI Programming, SCADA systems knowledge

• Electrical Systems Design, Planning, Architecture, Scheduling, Budgeting, Cost Control

• Project Management – Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, Cost Control

• Vendor Management, Procurement & BOM Preparation

• Hands-on experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, and Motion Control Internal

• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and 3D CAD tools (CATIA, NX, Rob CAD)

• Exposure to robotic simulation, Industry 4.0, and AMR systems preferred

• Ability to bring new solutions to the table as per market trends, applications requirements.

• Performing trials for new systems and technologies prior in projects before validation.

• Visiting & developing new local ecosystem of all type of suppliers for turnkey project installation, commissioning, integration, production support.

• Development, hiring of new resources, grooming, upskilling.
