Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Automotive / Electronics Manufacturing Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Drive end-to-end technical execution while ensuring successful project delivery aligned with scope, timeline, and cost

2.Lead technical design reviews and conduct feasibility analysis

3.Provide strategic direction on engineering solutions and product design decisions

4.Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) and product development lifecycle

5.Ensure manufacturing readiness for seamless transition from development to production

6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues Conduct

7.Develop and implement Technical Risk mitigation plans

8.Drive improvements in: Manufacturing processes & Tooling and production systems

9.Address production challenges to enhance efficiency and quality

10.Ensure products meet Technical Specifications and Quality Standards

11.Support validation, and compliance activities
