*Key Responsibilities:*
1.Depth knowledge of basic electronics, including resistance, capacitors, MOSFETs, ICs, shunt resistance, and
NTC/PTC working principles and applications.
2.Proficiency in RS232, USB, LAN, RS485, and I2C.
3.Excellent skills in Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint for report preparation and presentation.
4.Creative and analytical thinking with team-building capabilities.
5.Knowledge of tools and techniques such as Process Mapping, Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, and
DMAIC approaches.
6.Hands-on experience with X-ray and CCD inspection machines, including operational know-how.
7.Understanding of ESD standards and testing per electronic industry requirements.
8.Troubleshooting of PCBs using schematic diagrams.
9.Familiarity with battery testing standards.
10.Proficiency in basic instruments such as DMM, ACIR meters, power supplies, electronic loads, and
oscilloscopes.
11.Strong command over data analysis and schematic reading.
12.Experience with FT programs, drawing, fixture, hardware installation, and wiring as per schematic diagrams.
13.Basic understanding of troubleshooting functional testing machines and fixture wiring connections.
14.Hands-on experience with soldering irons.
15.Ability to create process documentation, including WI, procedures, and process flows.
16.Knowledge of Jig/Fixture preventive maintenance (PM).

2.Expertise in OCV/IR meters, circuit testing, and analysis.
