*Should have must be from Automotive Casting Manufacturing Industry*

*Roles & Responsibilities*

1.Know How of tools & Jig and fixtures.

2.Knowledge about machine tool like lathe, milling & surface grinding.

3.Knowledge of tool-room machines maintenance.

4.Knowledge about welding process.

5.Knowledge of inspection instruments like Vernier, Micrometer & Height gauge.

6.Knowledge of M.S. word, Excel, Power-point.

7.Knowledge of Auto-cad 2D & 3D software.

8.Understanding of Mechanical Drawing.

9.Well understand the electrical hazards and impact.

10.Well known about safety PPE’s for Tool-Room Area.

11.Knowledge about 5’S, Kaizen, Ho-Ren-So, HIRA, & AIA.

12.Knowledge about SAP.

13.Communication should be good in English and Hindi.
