Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive and MSIL Customers*

*Roles & Responsibilities*

1.Calibration, AMC & repair of inspection equipment; MSA; SPC; TUS & SAT, instrument training, work instruction.

2.QMS, IATF-16949, VSA, Internal System Audit, System audit by customer, QA annual plans

3.Making of Inspection checksheet in DFI format or as per customer requirement (RM, setup approval, inprocess, Final inspection, NPD

5.Layout inspection, Product audit, etc.)

6.New product development sample inspection, testing & report making; IFC inspection & IFC documentation (internal & customer submission)

7.4M data control (in-house & customer)

8.RM inspection and record

9.Salt Spray Test

10.Process Audit as per Annual audit plan
