Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Automotive / Electronics Manufacturing Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Execution of new Installations and changeover on lines as per plan

2.Assembly and installation of new equipment (inline/offline).

3.Troubleshooting of mechanical/Electrical problems (assembly line machines; Ex – Glue dispensing, Robotic soldering, PCB de

panelling, Punching machine).

4.Application support of SMT assembly line machines (Glue dispensing, Robotic soldering, PCB de panelling, punching machine)

to reduce process defects & improve yield.

5.Rectification of machine design issues for better maintenance and life of machine parts.

6.Responsible to achieve and maintain the required cycle time of machines.

7.Failure analysis of faulty parts.

8.Execution of Preventive/predictive maintenance as per plan
