Job Description

*Should have must be from Automotive Casting Manufacturing Industry*

*Roles & Responsibilities*

1.Hand on experience in Electrical and Knowledge about Basic Mechanical

2.Knowledge in Electrical System, drawing reading and making Control wiring with relay logic.

3.Knowledge about Furnace Maintenance, Casting line maintenance, air operated pump, centrifugal pump, and High pressure pump.

4.Understanding about ball screw, Slide and Basic condition check of machine

5.Knowledge about 3Ph Motor induction, servo motor, VFD, Sensors etc.

6.Knowledge of DG, Compressor, Pump House Maintenance.

7.Knowledge about control wiring of DOL starter, Star Delta connection of motor.

8.Trouble shooting of CNC Lathe, Fanuc based m/c , and casting m/c, and Induction furnaces. Cranes, Utility m/c’s.

9.Knowledge of Electrical Drawing and relay logic.

10.Knowledge of Maintaining Data Daily PM check sheet, Utility consumption, Maint. Records updating.

11.Knowledge of ACB Operations

12.Knowledge of shift handling able to do work in A, B, C shift.

13.Knowledge of Basic Computer

14.Communication should be good in English and Hindi.
