Job Description

*Key Responsibilities*

1) New Product development work flow contyrol management (APQP/PPAP)

2) Must have very good ability to understand & read engineering drawing / GD & T Interpretation.

3) Knowledge about Process design/Innovation & Process Validation / Trial runs / SOP .

4) Should have hands on experience to set up new Assy line/ All types of Sensors / Pneumatics / Hydraulic parts.

5) Should have good knowledge of Molding process & Validation.

6) Line balancing / Work & Motion study .

7) Should have hands on experience of 2D / 3D design software.

8) Hands on experience Assy tooling (Jig/Fixture /Gauge) deisgn . Machine design will be an added advantage .

9) Trouble shooting on Assy lines during rpoduction in case of any breakdown .

10) IATF Audit / Documentation knowledge .

11) Should have knowledge of all manufacturing process .

12) Analytical thinking

13) Budgeting for New project / Cost Saving Projects launching & execution.

14) Team management skill.

15) Supplier development / Customer approach .
