*Key Responsibilities:*
*Electrical Maintenance*
1.Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment.
2.Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, and UPS systems.
3.Monitor and improve equipment reliability and uptime.
4.Analyze recurring faults and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
*Project Management*
1.Lead execution of new electrical projects, machine installations, and expansions.
2.Prepare project plans, BOQs, cost estimates, and timelines.
3.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
4.Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
*Utilities Management*
1.Oversee operation of electrical utilities such as compressors, chillers, and power distribution systems.
2.Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
*Team Management*
1.Supervise and guide a team of engineers, technicians, and electricians.
2.Conduct training and skill development programs for maintenance staff.
*Safety & Compliance*
1.Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and audits.
2.Implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safe work practices.
3.Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
*Required Qualifications*
1.Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
2.Additional certifications in Electrical Safety / Energy Management preferred.
Experience
3.Minimum 6–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance & project execution.
4.Experience in manufacturing industry (Battery industry preferred).

1.Strong knowledge of electrical systems & industrial automation.
2.Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
3.Project management and vendor coordination skills.
4.Problem-solving and analytical ability.
