Jr. Engineer/ Asst. Engineer – Production MNC for Bawal Location

Job Description

*Should have must be from Automotive Manufacturing Industry*

*Roles & Responsibilities*

1.Perform accurate and timely data entry of production transactions in the ERP system.

2.Update daily production reports, machine-wise production, rejection, and downtime records in Excel,

3.Maintain inventory records for raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods

3.Record material issuance, receipts, transfers, and stock adjustments in the ERP system.

4.Verify physical inventory against ERP records and assist in cycle counts and stock audits.

5.Generate and maintain production, inventory, and consumption reports.

6.Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation as per company procedures.

*Requirements*

1.Basic knowledge of ERP systems

2.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Formulas, Charts).

3.Strong numerical and analytical skills.

4.Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.

5.Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
