Engineer – Quality (IQC) MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have must be from Electronics Wiring/Harness Industry*

*JD*

1.Inspect incoming materials, components, and wire harness parts according to specifications and inspection standards.

2.Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring instruments.

3.Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

4.Identify non-conforming materials and coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions.

5.Work with production, purchasing, and supplier quality teams to resolve material quality issues.

6.Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier audits.

7.Ensure compliance with company quality systems and customer requirements.

8.Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

9.Maintain calibration records and inspection equipment.

*Required Qualifications*

1.Experience in IQC/QA/QC within electronics, automotive, or wire harness manufacturing is preferred.

2.Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, CAPA, and PDCA.

3.Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems is an advantage.

4.Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.

5.Good knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and multimeters.

6.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and report preparation.

7.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
