Job Description

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.

2.Ensure high equipment uptime and minimize breakdowns across GDC, Paint Shop, and Machine Shop.

3.Analyse equipment failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

4.Plan annual maintenance shutdowns and coordinate execution with production teams.

5.Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and equipment availability.

6.Maintain gravity die casting machines, hydraulic systems, furnaces, die heating systems, cooling systems, and material handling equipment.

7.Ensure optimum performance of melting furnaces, temperature controllers, burners, compressors, and hydraulic power packs.

8.Coordinate die maintenance and cooling system reliability.

9.Ensure reliable operation of pre-treatment systems, spray booths, ovens, curing systems, conveyors, air handling units (AHU), scrubbers, pumps, and compressed air systems.

10.Maintain paint circulation systems, robotic painting equipment (if applicable), and pollution control equipment.

11.Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

12.Maintain CNC/VMC/HMC machines, SPMs, machining centres, transfer lines, robotic systems, and auxiliary equipment.

13.Troubleshoot PLC, servo drives, CNC controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and electrical systems.

14.Coordinate machine calibration and accuracy maintenance.

15.Maintain compressors, chillers, DG sets, transformers, electrical panels, cooling towers, water treatment systems, HVAC, and utility distribution systems.

16.Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to production.
