Executive – Direct Procurement MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Steel / Automotive Industry only*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Source and procure direct raw materials as per production requirements.

2.Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.

3.Float RFQs, collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices.

4.Finalize Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP/ERP.

5.Identify and develop new vendors through technical and commercial evaluation.

6.Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations

7.Drive annual cost reduction, value engineering, and localization activities.

8.Monitor supplier delivery schedules and expedite critical materials.

9.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and company procurement policies.

10.Maintain procurement MIS, purchase reports, and supplier documentation.

11.Support APQP, PPAP, NPD, and new project sourcing activities.

12.Control inventory levels and minimize excess stock.

13.Coordinate import procurement and customs documentation when applicable.
