*Job Responsibilities:*
1.Troubleshoot PLC-controlled production machines and utility systems.
2.Diagnose and rectify faults in PLC, HMI, VFDs, Servo Drives, Sensors, Encoders, Safety Relays, and Industrial Automation Devices.
3.Modify PLC logic, timers, counters, and machine parameters whenever required.
4.Maintain PLC backup programs and electrical drawings.
5.Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
6.Troubleshoot motors, drives, contactors, relays, breakers, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
7.Perform cable termination, panel wiring, and electrical testing.
8.Operate and maintain plant utility equipment including Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Cooling Towers, Chillers, Water Pumps, DG Sets, 9.Transformers, HT/LT Panels, MCC Panels, APFC Panels, and Electrical Distribution Systems.
10.Monitor utility performance and ensure uninterrupted supply of compressed air, cooling water, electricity, and other plant utilities.
11.Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all utility equipment.
12.Coordinate annual maintenance and statutory inspections of utility equipment.

3.Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems

5.Cold Forging Machines/ Header Machines/ Thread Rolling Machines
6.Knowledge of Heat Treatment Furnaces
