Job Description

1.Working knowledge & Experience of Operating of CNC machine.

2.Working knowledge of error checking in Instruments & least count measurement of instruments.

3.Working Responsible for Inspection of parts make by self.

4.Working Knowledge of Filling the Inspection sheet / Check sheet.

5.Good Command of CNC machine operating with different kind of operation specially threading & finishing.

6.Good command on main code of Fanuc Control Systems & Siemens Control System.

7.Knowledge of use of Instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micro meter, Depth Gauge, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge and threading instruments etc.

8.Knowledge of all type of Insert, Tools & Die for CNC machine.

9.Knowledge of Operating Set off on machine.

10.Knowledge of Machine Specifications, Machine breakdown & emergency handling.
