Engineer – NPD (Tool & Die) for Pataudi, Haryana Location

Job Description

*Should habe experience in Sheet Metal Industry*

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1.Responsible for designing, developing, and validating tooling (dies, jigs, fixtures) for new sheet metal products

2.Study customer drawings and specifications for new sheet metal parts

3.Develop process plans for manufacturing feasibility

4.Participate in APQP activities and product development meetings

5.Design progressive, transfer, and stage dies for sheet metal components

6.Prepare 2D/3D drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)

7.Ensure design optimization for cost, quality, and productivity

8.Coordinate with tool room for die manufacturing and modifications

9.Conduct tool trials and prove-out activities

10.Maintain tool history and development records

11.Support PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and other quality documentation

12.Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO/TS/IATF)
