Engineer – Utility Maintenance MNC for Gurgaon Location

Job Description

*Should habe experience in Manufacturing Industry*

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1.Knowledge of Utility equipment’s like Pump House, ETP plant, Chiller, Cooling tower, Air Compressor, Dehumidifier, HVAC, Air Shower Units Operation and Maintenance.

2.Knowledge of all types of Maintenance like Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance

3.Troubleshooting of extruded machines, heaters, Press Machine

4.Operation & maintenance of backup system like DG set and Online UPS system .

5.Basic Knowledge of VFD Maintenance and PLC trouble shooting.

6.Knowledge of OMRON Vision System i.e. Camera setting like as Region set, Illuminance set, Values Calibration etc.

7.Knowledge of PLC Wiring and Sink / Source concept.

*Knowledge:*

1.Basic knowledge of Safety practices in Electrical work & mechanical work

2.Operational knowledge of 66 KV/11 KV substation (Basics operation and troubleshooting)

3.DG Set Operations and maintenance

4.Able to execute Preventive Maintenance of Facility equipment independently like Panels, Transformers, Cooling Towers, AHU’s etc

5.Basic knowledge of RO Plant

6.Basic knowledge of MS Excel
