*Job Responsibilities:*
1.Operate assigned production machines as per SOP and work instructions
2.Perform machine setup, changeover, and adjustments as per production plan
3.Monitor machine parameters and ensure product quality as per specifications
4.Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections
5.Record production data, rejection reports, and downtime details
6.Identify and report machine abnormalities to maintenance team
7.Perform basic preventive maintenance and routine cleaning of machines
8.Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and company policies
9.Reduce rejection, wastage, and improve productivity
10.Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, TPM)
*Required Skills & Competencies*
1.Knowledge of production machinery operation
2.Ability to read basic technical drawings (if applicable)
3.Basic troubleshooting skills
4.Knowledge of safety standards and PPE usage
5.Teamwork and good communication skills
6.Ability to work in shifts (A,B,C)
7.Strong in Board Mass Calculation / OEE Calculation
