VMC Programmer for Pataudi, Haryana Location

Job Description

*Should have working experience Sheet Metal / Die Manufacturing Industry only.*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Develop VMC programs using Delcam Software

2.Interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD models

3.Generate tool paths for 2D, 3D, and high-speed machining

4.Set up VMC machines with correct fixtures, tools, and offsets

5.Perform prove-out and first-piece inspection

6.Optimize cycle time and machining strategy

7.Select appropriate cutting tools and parameters

8.Reduce tool wear and improve productivity

9.Ensure component accuracy as per drawings and tolerances

10.Use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)

11.Maintain VMC program records and tooling data

12.Prepare process sheets and setup sheets

13.Track revisions and backups

*Technical Skills*

1.Strong knowledge of: VMC machining processes

2.Tool selection and cutting parameters

3.Hands-on experience in Delcam Software

4.Basic CAD knowledge (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
