Department: NPD & Project Manager

Role: Engineer                       

Experience: 5-10 Years   

Qualification: B. Tech / BE – (Mech / Auto)

Salary: 5 To 6 LPA

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

·         ∙Process development management, PLM tools effective

·         utilization

·         ∙Understand the requirements of PPAP, FMEA, Control plan &

·         APQP

·         ∙Ability to prepare the Budgeting and costing for the Process

·         management 

·         ∙Strong computer skills, including MS office – Tools like, Strong

· Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, and SAP. 

·         ∙Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to

·         effectively convey information to stakeholders and team

·         members. Fluent written and spoken English. 

·         ∙Excellent organizational and time management skills: to

· Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple

·         Processes simultaneously. 

·         ∙Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

·         ∙Passion to learn new concepts, technologies, and processes. 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

·         BE (Mech/Auto) degree. 

·         ∙Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in process management 

·         role in the automotive industry. 

·         ∙Must possess knowledge and experience of handling 

· automotive components made of steel and cast iron. 

·         ∙Having knowledge IATF 16949, drawings, GD&T 

·         ∙Prefer the knowledge and experience of automotive 

·         components, like camshaft, crankshaft, etc. 

·         ∙Preferring the experience of machining process like Shaft 

· Grinding, turning & induction hardening.
