Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Operations:
* Oversee daily Factory administration activities and office management.
* Maintain records, files, registers, and documentation.
* Manage stationery, office supplies, uniforms, and other consumables.
* Ensure proper housekeeping, canteen, security, and transport arrangements.
Facility Management:
* Coordinate maintenance of factory buildings, offices, utilities, and common areas.
* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of factory premises.
* Monitor vendor services such as housekeeping, canteen, security, pest control, etc.
Employee Support :
* Handle employee queries related to administration facilities.
* Coordinate ID cards, access control, seating, lockers, and welfare amenities.
* Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Compliance & Documentation:
* Ensure statutory compliance related to administration contracts and vendors.
* Maintain gate passes, visitor records, vehicle records, and asset registers.
* Support audits and inspections with required documentation.
Coordination:
* Liaise with HR, Production, Maintenance, EHS, Finance, and Purchase departments.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, and event arrangements when required.
Cost Control:
* Monitor administrative expenses and budgets.
* Verify vendor bills, invoices, and service reports.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities in factory administration.
