Supervisor – Store MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have working experience from Electronics Wiring/Harness Manufacturing industry only.*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods

2.Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment

3.Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting

4.Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per FIFO / FEFO

5.Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams

6.Manage inward & outward material movement and documentation

7.Maintain records such as GRN, issue slips, stock registers

8.Update inventory in ERP/SAP system accurately

9.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports

10.Supervise store assistants and helpers

11.Ensure proper storage conditions and housekeeping (5S)

12.Follow safety norms and audit requirements

*Required Skills*

1.Inventory control & stock management

2.Knowledge of ERP / SAP systems

3.MS Excel & reporting skills

4.Understanding of FIFO, 5S, Kaizen

5.Leadership & team handling

6.Good communication & coordination
