Job Description

*Should have good experience in Aluminum Wheel / Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Operate and maintain SPM (RCM) machines and PLC-based servo control systems

2.Handle and program ABB Robots effectively

3.Manage shift operations and ensure uninterrupted production support

4.Implement and sustain 5S practices on the shop floor

5.Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic systems

6.Ensure proper booth balancing and process efficiency

*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*

1.Basic knowledge of Siemens & Omron PLCs and servo systems

2.Hands-on experience in ABB robot troubleshooting

3.Good understanding of melting & holding furnaces

4.Knowledge of GDC, RCM, and Heat Treatment machines

5.Basic knowledge of Mechanical & Hydraulic systems

*Technical Knowledge:*

1.Burner-related breakdown troubleshooting

2.Handling heat treatment & shot blasting machines (breakdown & operations)

3.Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial machinery
