5.Reporting & MIS-Preparing HR dashboard, Maintain documentation & audit reports etc.
6.Training & Development-TNI,Skill matrix,Training calendar,Evalution etc.
7.Audit Preparation-IATF,ISO14001,IMS ,MACE
8.Workplace Safety-HIRA preparation, Incident Management,waste management etc
9.Profile Specification ( Qualification, Experience, Personal traits desired, Age, etc.)
