Job Description

*Should have good experience in Casting & Machining Process*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Basic Awareness about QMS & IATF 16949.

2.Work instruction & operation standard Documents Preparation.

3.Quality check for Incoming, in process and PDI.

4.Drawing Layout inspection.

5.Knowledge of casting and machining process.

6.Excel & Power point knowledge.

7.Ability to operate of Contour, spectrometer, roughness tester, Roundness tester Rockwell hardness tester, microscope etc.

8.QA instruments Spare parts Inventory Management.

9.Well aware about Instrument calibration -HG, VC, Dial gauge & other gauges.

10.Knowledge about MSA, SPC & 7QC tools.

11.Rejection analysis & pareto knowledge.

12.Awareness about Change system,5S, safety etc.

13.Dojo Training and other related activity handling.

14.Basic knowledge about MSIL & SMG requirements.

15.Kaizen & Near miss awareness.

16.Awareness about IATF 16949/ISO 45001& 14001, Documentation, Quality Tools, Good working skill on MS Office & Power point.
