*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Manpower Planning & Deployment

2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance (Core Area)

3. Immigration & Foreign Nationals Management

4. HR Analytics & Reporting

5. AI & Process Improvement

6. High-volume payroll management (~1800 employees)

7. Statutory and legal compliance

8. Foreign national visa & FRRO processes

9. HR analytics, MIS, and reporting using modern tools (Excel, Power BI, AI)

*Key Skills & Competencies*

1. Strong expertise in payroll & statutory compliance

2. Hands-on experience in visa, immigration & FRRO processes

3. Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards)

4. PowerPoint (Leadership presentations)

5. Power BI / HR analytics tools

6. AI tools for HR applications

*Critical Skill Set:*

1.Good knowledge and experience of production Process

2.Good exposure of TPM, Lean manufacturing practices like 55, 4M analysis, Poka-yoke, Waste reduction, FMEA

3.Good Knowledge of MS-OFFICE

4.Good leadership skill
