9. HR analytics, MIS, and reporting using modern tools (Excel, Power BI, AI)

1. Strong expertise in payroll & statutory compliance
2. Hands-on experience in visa, immigration & FRRO processes
3. Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards)
4. PowerPoint (Leadership presentations)
5. Power BI / HR analytics tools
6. AI tools for HR applications
*Critical Skill Set:*
1.Good knowledge and experience of production Process
2.Good exposure of TPM, Lean manufacturing practices like 55, 4M analysis, Poka-yoke, Waste reduction, FMEA
3.Good Knowledge of MS-OFFICE
4.Good leadership skill
