Job Description

*Should have good experience in Aluminum Wheel / Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Develop and implement engineering solutions to enhance production efficiency and product quality

2.Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using process engineering principles

3.Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth process integration

4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to resolve technical challenges

5.Ensure alignment of engineering activities with project goals and timelines

6.Perform and optimize CNC programming for machining operations

7.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, cost, and quality

*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:*

1.Strong understanding of Process Engineering

2.Knowledge of Quality Control Systems & Audits

3.Expertise in Data Analysis & Reporting

4.Good Project Management capabilities

5.Hands-on experience in CNC Programming

6.Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis approach
