Sr. Engineer – Design (Sheel Metal & Die) for Pataudi, Haryana Location

Job Description

*Should have working experience Sheet Metal / Die Manufacturing Industry only.*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Design sheet metal components (BIW parts, brackets, panels) using NX software

2.Interpret customer drawings and 3D data (OEM standards)

3.Apply GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis

4.Develop strip layout, die structure, and tool assemblies

5.Define clearances, bend allowances, and forming parameters

6.Coordinate with tool room and production teams

7.Prepare 3D drawings, BOM, and detailing

8.Manage Engineering Change Notes (ECN)

9.Maintain revision control and documentation

*Technical Skills*

1.Strong expertise in Sheet metal design concepts / Die design in Automotive

2.Hands-on experience in UGNX

3.Knowledge of GD&T

4.Material properties (Sheet Metal/ SPM Machine/ Tool Die) Manufacturing processes
