*Responsibilities*
1.Handle and grow existing dealer/distributor relationships.
2.Appoint new dealers, distributors, and franchise partners in targeted markets.
3.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
4.Conduct market surveys to identify business opportunities and competitor activities
5.Visit dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners regularly.
6.Support franchise partners with product training, branding, and sales strategies
7.Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups from dealers/franchisees
8.Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
9.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
10.Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities
*Skills & Recquirtment:*
1.Experience in franchise development and channel sales
2.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
3.Good understanding of decorative lighting products and market trends
4.Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
