Job Description

*Responsibilities*

1.Strong knowledge of SMT production processes and electronics manufacturing, preferably in LED lighting, PCB assembly or similar electronic products.

2.Practical knowledge of Solder Paste Printing, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, AOI and SMT line changeover.

3.Good understanding of PCB, SMD components, BOM, feeder management, SMT programs and component identification.

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, 7 QC Tools, CAPA, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke.

5.Good knowledge of OEE, FPY, productivity, rejection/rework analysis, downtime monitoring and production MIS.

6.Good communication, coordination, leadership and team-handling skills with the ability to work in a manufacturing.

7.Working knowledge of MS Excel, SAP and production reporting systems will be preferred.

8.Knowledge of ESD control, 5S, safety practices and electronic component handling.

9.Hands-on experience in JUKI SMT machines/lines, including machine operation, setup, programming, feeder setup and production monitoring.

10.Achieving daily/weekly/monthly production targets.

11.To monitor line balancing, changeover, utilization, OEE and downtime of SMT machines.

12.Ensure production quality of LED PCB/PCBA, LED driver and electronic components

13.Manage production line stoppages caused by material shortages or machine breakdowns.

14.Handle manpower planning, shift management, training, and team development.

15.Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, and continuous improvement activities.

16.Ensure adherence to ESD controls and electrical/production safety standards.

17.Collaborate with the machine maintenance team on preventive maintenance and breakdown reduction.

18.Prepare and review reports on production MIS, rejections, downtime, OEE, productivity, and other KPIs.
