Job Description

*Should have working experience Manufacturing Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Making & Maintain sales order in SAP W.R.F. P.O Recieved

2.Making P.O. for Stock transfer for the WH Billing

3.Maintain price and Tax for every parts. Every customer

4.Rejection booking of all customer (Customer wise)

5.Making credit notes/ Supplementry collection

6.Payment advice of every payments and submit to finance department

7.All TPT and warehouse provisional to Finance – 31

8.Sales match with finance team – 1

9.MC/SC model wise details sheet to AC Head/ Statician Head – 2

10.RM adjustment sheet to finance – 2

11.Financial closing of sales with finance – 3

12.Cash flow plan for coming month share to finance – 4/5

13.Payment and withdrawal sheet to HOD – 6/7

14.All TPT and warehouse bills expenses claim to finance

15.All markting bills. Food, Customer ENT claim to finance

16.Payment follow up as per payments terms

*Requirtments*

1.Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business, or related field

2.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics (manufacturing preferred)

3.Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Bl tools (Power BI) is a plus

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5.Detail-oriented with high data accuracy awareness

6.Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

7.Basic knowledge of 2-wheeler industry

8.Occasionally OT required.

9.Clear Oral English

10.Demonstrates strong professional ethics and integrity
