Job Description

*Should have good experience in Battery Pack Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Responsible for the preparation and optimization of product production

(documents, systems) and defect improvement, and monitor the key

CTQ/CTS;

2.Lead product process capabilities improvement, and responsible for the

analysis and improvement of batch defects and abnormal process

problems；

3.Participate in customer complaints and improvement, assist QA in FA

analysis；

4.Lead product process optimaize, capbility improvement;

5.New product,new process,new customer and new material introduction

management

*Knolwdge:*

1.Have some knowledge about Mechanical/ Chemical / Industrial

Engineering/Material

*2.Data Analysis and Reporting:* Proficiency in using data analysis tools to

monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

*3.Project Management:* Ability to manage projects from conception to

completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
