*Your Experience and Qualification*

∙BE (Mech/Auto) degree.

∙Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in Process management role in automotive industry.

∙Must possess knowledge and experience of handling automotive components made of steel and cast iron.

∙Having knowledge IATF 16949, drawings, GD&T

∙Prefer the knowledge and experience of automotive components, like Camshaft, Crankshaft etc….

∙Preferring the experience of machining process like Shaft Grinding, Turning & Induction hardening.

*Minimum Requirements:*

∙Process development management, PLM tools effective utilization

∙Understand the requirements of PPAP, FMEA, Control plan & APQP

∙Ability to prepare the Budgeting and costing for the Process management

∙Strong computer skills, including MS office – Tools like, Strong Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, SAP.

∙Strong communication skills: (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members. Fluent written and spoken English.

∙Excellent organizational and time management skills: to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple Processes simultaneously.

∙Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

∙Passion to learn new concepts, technologies, and processes.
