Asst. Manager – QMS MNC for Neemrana Location

Job Description

*Should have working experience in Automotive Industry with MSIL Customer*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO9001, IATF 16949 or other relevant records.

2.Auditing and Compliance: Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to QMS policies and procedures.

3.Maintain and manage quality documentation, including quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

4.Provide training and support staff and line Operators on the QMS and Quality procedure.

5.Planning and Execution of Supplier System Audit, Process Audit, SOC audit & Product audit.

6.Expert in New Project Development (NPD) as per IATF 16949:2015 standards

7.Conduct APQP weekly review at each stage of the NPD process.

8.Develop & Maintain Quality plan for new projects, ensuring through documents such as Process Control Plan, PFD, PFMEA & Inspection Standard

9.Participate in CFT team in the development of new product.

*Key Competencies Needed:*

1.Internal Auditor of IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 1400:2015

2.Strong knowledge of quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, AIAG VDA FMEA)

3.Basic knowledge of Sheet metal Forging Processes (quality perspective)

4.Knowledge of GD & T, CTQ parameters, Kaizen, Poka yoke, & 7QC tool etc.

5.Proficient in presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word
