• Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes
• Develop and distribute user guides and documentation
• Work closely with IT team members and departments to ensure seamless operations
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and support
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices to improve support services
