1.Handle full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboarding

2.Hire for engineering, manufacturing & corporate roles

3.Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirement

4.Use job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring

5.Build strong talent pipeline for future requirements

6.Implement modern sourcing strategies and tools

7.Partner with hiring managers & plant leadership

8.Understand manpower planning and hiring needs

9.Act as a business HR partner for recruitment

10.Promote company brand in job market

11.Manage campus drives, job fairs, and digital presence

12.Improve candidate experience

13.Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

14.Maintain recruitment MIS reports & dashboards

15.Ensure compliance with hiring policies

16.Lead/guide recruiters or coordinators

17.Monitor performance and hiring KPIs
