Job Description

1.Assist Shift In charge in supervision, execution, and completion of daily electrical maintenance activities.

2.Support and perform preventive maintenance activities to maintain equipment standards.

3.Assist in maintaining all plant equipment (Robot, TIG welding, MIG welding, SPM, CNC Bender, Press machines) in good working condition.

4.Maintain proper records of inspections, breakdowns, PM activities, and daily work reports.

5.Perform electrical maintenance of Panasonic welding robots, MIG, TIG welding machines, SPM, CNC bender, and press machines.

6.Diagnose electrical faults, replace or repair defective parts such as sensors, relays, contactors, wiring, drives, etc.

7.Assist in troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical interface, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems in automated equipment.

8.Carry out routine checks of panels, cables, earthing systems, and machine safety interlocks.

9.Assist in maintaining plant utility systems like air compressors, cooling towers, AC systems, air washer, ACB, VCB, etc.

10.Perform basic PLC checking, input/output monitoring, fault identification, and support in automation system troubleshooting. 11.Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 4S in electrical and maintenance areas.

 

*Key Copetencies Needed:*

1.Basic knowledge of PLC systems (Mitsubishi Q-series and FX-series preferred).

2.Basic knowledge of automation systems, sensors, actuators, and control logic.

3.Understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, and machine wiring.

4.Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.

5.Knowledge of utility equipment maintenance (air compressor, cooling tower, AC systems, ACB, VCB, etc.).

6.Spare parts handling, tracking, and coordination with Shift In charge for procurement.

7.Ability to identify breakdown root causes with guidance and take corrective actions.

8.Basic understanding of robot systems (Panasonic preferred) for troubleshooting support.

9.Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from Shift In charge.

10.Awareness of safety standards and disciplined work approach.
