*Should have good Experience in Wiring Harness / Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1 Responsible for achievement of PPC plan v/s actual

2 Responsible for Gap analysis and countermeasure development.

3 Responsible for Product quality and scrap cost reduction

4 Responsible for optimum utilization Of 5M (Man, machine, material method, Measurement)

5 Responsible for adherence of “5M” Change management control

6 Responsible for adherence of production records, check sheet, formats.

7 Responsible for audit compliances product, process and system

8.ResponsibIe for Report any near-misses, incidents, accidents, fire, other emergenicies

*Key Skill Requirement:*

1.Computer Skills(Word/Excel/PPT)

2.Can Read/Write and Speak in English
