*Responsibilities*
1.Ensure implementation of safety policies and procedures at plant/site.
2.Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
3.Monitor usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
4.Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for workers.
5.Maintain safety records, incident reports, and compliance documents.
6.Assist in fire safety management and emergency preparedness drills.
7.Support HIRA/JSA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment / Job Safety Analysis).
8.Investigate accidents, near misses, and prepare corrective action reports.
9.Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.
10.Coordinate with departments for safe work practices and permit systems.
11.Monitor contractor safety activities at site.
12.Participate in internal and external safety audits.
*Skills Required*
1.Knowledge of industrial safety standards
2.Fire & electrical safety knowledge
3.Good communication and reporting skills
4.MS Office proficiency
5.Understanding of PPE, HIRA, JSA, Work Permit System
