*Key Responsibilities:*
1.Ensuring consistency in product quality through the implementation of quality systems.
2.Analyzing customer complaints and identifying the root cause of the problem.
3.Analyzing rejection/field complaint data using appropriate quality tools and taking action
4.Conducting audits on the shop floor to ensure the implementation of process improvement requirements
mentioned in CAPA.
5.Coordinating with other departments to ensure that non-conformities pointed out during internal and external
audits are closed in a timely manner.
6.Working closely with the engineering and production teams to execute new product line setups or changes in
processes.
7.Working closely as a leader or member of a small group activity/task force team to resolve quality problems.
8.Educating the shop floor team about the standards of quality management systems and quality tools.
*Key Skills:*
1.Knowledge of products and processes.
2.Knowledge of the latest quality trends in the market.
3.Knowledge of QMS, ROHS, and REACH.
4.Knowledge of problem-solving tools.
5.Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, and Control Charts.
6.Knowledge of SMT manufacturing process
7.Understanding of SPI, AOI, Reflow Oven, Pick & Place machines
8.Knowledge of soldering defects and IPC standards
