Job Description

*Should have good experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Industry*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Planning and execution of new Installations and changeover on lines.

2.Planning of new machine Mechanical spare parts and arranging those parts from suppliers.

3.Assembly and installation of new SPM lines and equipment.

4.Troubleshooting of mechanical/Electrical problems.

5.Creating Operating procedures and documentation of best demonstrative practices for easy troubleshooting

6.Drawing making of machine parts in 3D/2D on Solid works or Auto CAD

7.Rectification of machine design issues for better maintenance and life of machine parts.

8.Electrical troubleshooting of PLC, Robots, and otherthird-partyy instruments of old machines and new

installations.

9.Responsible to achieve and maintainthe required cycle time of machines.

10.Failure analysis of faulty parts.
